Design-Build As design - builders, we provide a single - source delivery system for design and construction services. We select and manage the design team best suited for a project's specific needs. Harrell Construction’s comprehensive services during the pre-construction and construction phases assure the project's timely, on-budget completion.
Construction Management Construction management treats the project's planning, design, and construction phases as integrated tasks within a construction system. These tasks are assigned to a construction team consisting of the owner, the construction manager and architect - engineer. Members of the construction team work together from project inception to project completion with the common objective of best serving the owner's interests. Harrell Construction can provide construction management services as an agent for the owner or on an at risk basis.
